I reserved and rented a space online. When I arrived for check in everything went smoothly. The place is great. Follow up. The facility uses a smart phone app to unlock access gates, doors, and your unit door. The app has had a few bugs but they seem to be worked out. I suggest when a new version is released Force Stop your app, uninstall it, then install the new version. Also I recommend you use your own lock on your unit in addition to the electronic lock which is built in. I've seen how easily staff members can override the e-locks.
Have always had excellent customer service and a great experience utilizing keylock storage in Reno. The units are clean, use Bluetooth for access, and feature a drive in area which makes going to storage easy and no longer a chore. Merle has specifically helped me move in to two unit and move out of one, always being clear with how to get the best rate and value. It's awesome to have employees like him to help guide you through the process.On top of the great customer service they've got free waters and candy...what more do you need?
Very satisfied so far! The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. I reserved a space online to lock-in the online price, and when I visited the facility in person to finalize everything, they had a computer for me to finish my reservation and walked me through all of the steps. I was relieved they were clearly very familiar with the online discount and were prepared to help me with that process. The actual facilities are also excellent -- clean, well lit, easy to navigate. The gates are all activated using the app, which makes it extremely convenient. Plus you can pull your car into the facility center and unload your stuff using the carts they provide to take it to your storage unit. I moved my stuff at about 9 PM at night and it took 15 minutes and I had zero problems. Just a heads up that you must sign up for insurance for your unit and that is not included in the price -- the minimum option they provide was $9/mo. I believe you can opt-out if you have a separate insurance that would include your unit, but it is mandatory.
George gave me wonderful customer service and was very friendly! I asked many questions and he answered them all so that I would understand everything clearly. He took me and showed me my unit and showed me how to use the program. The program is great and very easy to use! I love my unit. Thanks George.
This storage facility is top notch. A little more money, but it comes with inside and temperature controled units, keeps my expensive wood furniture from drying out. The phone app and key fob are very easy and convenient to use. Premises are very neat and clean. And most of all, the staff members are polite and knowledgeable.
